Africa-Press – Angola. More than five million kwanzas constitute the turnover of the 1st edition of the National Fair of Young Entrepreneurs (EXPO-AJEA/2023), which had 130 exhibitors.

The event, held in the city of Ndalatando, capital of the province of Cuanza Norte, was an opportunity to exchange experiences, business partnerships and showcase youth creativity.

The company Kwangala, from the province of Cuanza Norte, with a turnover of around three million kwanzas, won the prize for best exhibitor.

The event featured an innovation presented by the province of Uíge, where young entrepreneurs, through agribusiness, are producing crackers from cassava.

Various works and creations by young people were also recognized, in addition to the signing of business contracts, as well as the delivery of diplomas of merit and certificates of participation to several companies.

The assistant coordinator of the event, Valdemiro Luís Brandão, indicated that the fair had exhibitors from the provinces of Cabinda, Malanje, Luanda, Uíge and Benguela.

Entrepreneurs from other provinces did not participate in the event, which served to show the level of organization and creative capacity of young people.

Lectures on various economic topics, such as business management, company formation, among others, filled the fair’s program.
