Africa-Press – Angola. The delegate of the Order of Lawyers of Angola in Malanje, Marcos Gabriel, advised yesterday, the new associates of the class to be guided by ethics and professional deontology, during the exercise of their tasks.
The official who was speaking at the ceremony for the delivery of professional certificates to two new defenders in the province, said that it constitutes the duties of lawyers in the community, fighting for the good application of laws, quick administration of justice and improvement of legal institutions.
He made it known that the relationship between lawyer and client should be based on mutual trust, which is facilitated if a fee proposal is signed by both.
Marcos Gabriel made it known that the province currently has more than 30 lawyers, whose number could grow, counting on the new law graduates trained annually by institutions based in the region.
The new lawyers promised to work with zeal and dedication to improve justice in the province of Malanje.
Since its creation, the Malanje Provincial Delegation has handled more than 30 cases of legal assistance at the provincial court and other public institutions.
