Africa-Press – Angola. Managers and executors of the General State Budget (OGE) in Bié are meeting since today, Monday, in Cuito, in training on the rules of public procurement.
The event, lasting one day, aims to provide participants with competence over the legal regime for the formation and execution of public contracts and the Public Probity Law, as it constitutes a challenge for the State.
At the opening ceremony, the deputy governor of Bié for the political, social and economic sector, Acida de Jesus Camatele Sandumbo, considered the capitation action opportune, which will improve the methods of action and certainly avoid stumbling blocks in the execution of the OGE.
For her, all management is a fundamental process at the governmental and administrative level, therefore, she understands that the manager must be a responsible professional, for planning, organizing and executing collective activities to satisfy the needs of the population.
Also participating in the event are municipal administrators, directors of provincial offices and executors of independent bodies of municipal administrations, who are still analyzing aspects related to the basic law of civil service and the legal regime of invoices and equivalent documents.
