Africa-Press – Angola. As of January 19, 2022, confirmed cases of Covid-19 from 55 African countries reached 10,401,495 while over 206,390,122 vaccinations have been administered across the continent.
Reported deaths in Africa reached 234,468 and 9,266,207 people have recovered. South Africa has the most reported cases 3,564,578 and 93,551 people died. Other most-affected countries are Morocco ( 1,059,586 ), Tunisia ( 791,917 ), Ethiopia ( 459,486 ), Egypt ( 402,611 ), Libya ( 398,940 ) and Kenya ( 318,249 )
