Africa-Press – Angola. The Deputy Military Prosecutor, with the National Police, for the Rapid Intervention sector, Colonel Antero Cachuco, urged, Thursday (20), in Ndalatando, Cuanza-Norte, the staff of the need to refrain from practices contrary to the Regulation of Discipline of the corporation and the Military Crimes Act.

The magistrate’s warning took place during a lecture, on the theme “Violation of the rules and duties of the agent”, addressed to the personnel of the Rapid Intervention Police (PIR), with the purpose of preventing transgressions and disclosure of military secrets.

“The police must have a profile based on the principles of military bodies, substantiated with hierarchy, discipline and single command”, he said, repudiating the illegitimate absence from the place of service, desertion, alteration of the uniform, among other disciplinary infractions.

For her part, the commander of the Rapid Intervention Police Unit in Cuanza-Norte, Superintendent Maria Chantal, was pleased with the choice of the unit she directs for the dissertation on the topic.

The working visit of the deputy military prosecutor to Cuanza-Norte is part of the inspection of legality and legal education, prevention of crimes and offenses arising from professional activity.
