Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, congratulated the people, the Government and his counterpart of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the 99th anniversary of the Day in that country.
“I want to express to you, on this occasion, my satisfaction at the high level of bilateral relations registered in recent years, which will certainly continue to be strengthened, through the implementation of projects within the scope of the multifaceted and mutually fruitful cooperation existing between Angola and Turkey”, reads the note sent today.
In the same document, the Angolan Head of State emphasizes that “there is an enormous source of opportunities, both in Angola and in Turkey”, and believes that that country, with “its vast experience, will be able to make fundamental contributions to the development of Angola, in a basis of reprocity on which mutual advantages prevail”.
“Please accept, Your Excellency, my wishes for good health, personal well-being, and prosperity for the Turkish people”, concludes the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, in the message sent to his Turkish counterpart, Recep Erdogan.
