Africa-Press – Angola. The literary work entitled “Recipe for a Full Life”, by Angolan professor Isaías Mukhuta, launched last March in the country’s capital, was presented over the weekend in the city of Lubango, province of Huila.

This is the first edition of a process that lasted a year, with a print run of 1,500 books, it is also being marketed at a cost of 8,000 Kwanzas, it contains nine chapters written in 126 pages, where the author guides the reader of the various social strata and genres, the paths to follow for the conjugation of a full life.

Professor Isaías Mukhuta said that the work is the result of work carried out at the level of social observation and all the chapters bring “hot topics” linked to human life, where it is important to make a marriage between social reading and some biblical constraints.

He detailed that it is a “transformational” book, which “should be mandatory reading” for any reader and they brought this theme, not exactly to convey the idea of ​​perfection or that everything will be complete, but that the human being throughout his experience on earth goes through various situations.

Born in Luena, province of Moxico, Isaías Mukhuta has a degree in Administration and Management, a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Theology and is a worker in one of the mines in Angola.

A career teacher, the author of “Receita para uma Vida Plena” is a speaker, entrepreneur and reporter for the Youth Organization of Community Reporters and presented his book in the provinces of Luanda and Lunda Sul.
