Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic of Chad, Mahamat Idriss Déby, arrived this Wednesday night in Luanda to participate, Thursday, in a meeting with his counterparts from Angola and the Central African Republic (CAR).

Upon his arrival in the Angolan capital, the Chadian Head of State was received, at the 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, by the Angolan Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, among other individuals, without making statements to the press.

The meeting will analyze the political and security situation prevailing in Chad and the Central African Republic, among other specific issues.

For the same meeting, taking place at the Presidential Palace, in Cidade Alta, the arrival in Luanda of the CAR Head of State, Faustin-Archange Touadéra, is expected.
