Africa-Press – Angola. The Head of State, João Lourenço, met, this Wednesday, with the governor of Luanda Province, Manuel Homem, at the Presidential Palace of Cidade Alta, to assess the projects to be completed and new to be carried out in the country’s capital.
Manuel Homem was appointed the new governor of the province of Luanda, appointed on 16 September by the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, as the holder of the Executive Power.
