President of the Republic remodels the National Police

Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, decreed, this Friday (28), under the terms of the law and after hearing the National Security Council, the dismissal of officers commissioned by the National Police.

The following Commissioner officers of the Angolan National Police are exonerated:

1. Commissioner Carlos Armando Albino, director of Infrastructure and Equipment at the Ministry of the Interior;

2. Commissioner José Domingos Moniz, Director of Personnel and Staff of the National Police;

3. Commissioner Alfredo Quintino Lourenço – from the position of provincial delegate of the Ministry of the Interior and provincial commander of Lunda-Norte of the National Police;

4. Commissioner Alberto Sebastião Mendes – from the position of provincial delegate of the Ministry of the Interior and provincial commander of Namibe of the National Police;

5. Commissioner Gérson Vieira Miguel – in the position of 2nd Luanda provincial commander of the National Police;

6. Commissioner Inocêncio Felizardo da Cruz Morais de Brito – director of the Legal Department of the National Police;

7. Commissioner José Fernandes – Deputy Inspector of the National Police;

8. Commissioner Timóteo Francisco de Abreu Hilário – from the position of provincial delegate of the Ministry of the Interior and provincial commander of Malanje of the National Police;

9. Sub-commissioner Miguel Italiano Álvaro da Rosa – in the position of deputy director of the National Police’s Center for Training, Cavalry and Cinotechnics;

10. Deputy Commissioner Gonçalves Sebastião Moco – from the position of deputy director of the Legal Department of the National Police;

11. Deputy Commissioner João Cariqui – in the position of 2nd provincial commander of Kwanza-Norte of the National Police;

12. Deputy Commissioner Francisco Notícia Baptista – in the position of 2nd Provincial Commander of Cabinda of the National Police;

In the same Decree, the President of the Republic also dismissed the commissioner officers of the National Police of Angola designated below:

1. Deputy Commissioner Andreyong Víctor Andrade Inaculo – in the position of Deputy Director for the Scientific Area of ​​the Higher Institute of Police and Criminal Sciences of the National Police;

2. Deputy Commissioner António José Ribeiro – in the position of commander of the Luanda Reaction and Patrol Unit of the National Police;

3. Deputy Commissioner Celénia Nanjila da Vera Cruz Tavares Martinho Júnior – in the position of deputy director of the Directorate of Administration and Services of the National Police;

4. Deputy Commissioner Maria Helena Domingos – in the position of 2nd provincial commander of Zaire of the National Police;

5. Deputy Commissioner Lisbela Carla Romão da Silva – in the position of Deputy Director of the Office of the General Commander of the National Police;

6. Deputy Commissioner João Paiva – in the position of 2nd provincial commander of Cunene of the National Police;

7. Deputy Commissioner David Francisco Chitundo – from the position of 2nd provincial commander of Uíge of the National Police;

8. Deputy Commissioner José António Gaspar – in the position of 2nd provincial commander of Moxico of the National Police;

9. Deputy Commissioner José Fernando Mação – in the position of 2nd provincial commander of Huambo of the National Police.

Also under the terms of the Law and after hearing the National Security Council, the President of the Republic appointed the following officers of the National Police commissioners:

Commissioner José Domingos Moniz, for the position of commander of the Border Guard Police;

Commissioner Inocêncio Felizardo da Cruz Morais de Brito, for the position of inspector of the National Police;

Commissioner José Fernandes, for the position of Counselor to the General Commander of the National Police;

Commissioner Gil Famoso da Silva, for the position of Director of Personnel and Staff of the National Police;

Commissioner Timóteo Francisco de Abreu Hilário, for the position of provincial delegate of the Ministry of the Interior and, cumulatively, provincial commander of Namibe of the National Police;

Commissioner Alberto Sebastião Mendes, for the position of adviser to the general commander of the National Police;

Deputy Commissioner Francisco Notícia Baptista, for the position of provincial delegate of the Ministry of the Interior and, cumulatively, provincial commander of Cabinda of the National Police;

Deputy Commissioner António José Ribeiro, for the position of 2nd provincial commander of Luanda of the National Police;
