Africa-Press – Angola. The president of the National Patriotic Alliance (APN), Quintino Moreira, opened yesterday, in the village of Dondo, municipality of Cambambe, province of Cuanza-Norte, the election campaign of his party in this region of the country, with activity of hunting to vote for saleswomen from the Municipal Market and Largo 4 de Fevereiro.

Before the rally held in front of the Polytechnic Institute of Dondo, Quintino Moreira walked about two kilometers in the streets of the village and kept in touch with the population. He promised to change the social conditions of all Angolans, if he is elected President of the Republic after the 24th of this month.

If elected, he said, he intends to end regional asymmetries, hunger, extreme poverty and social inequalities. He added that the APN government aims to implement policies that lead to an end to the lack of water and electricity, improve basic sanitation, build more schools, public universities and social houses for the populations, as well as invest in projects for the youth, giving them the opportunity of the first job and review the salaries of civil servants.

The contestant asked the population of Cuanza-Norte to vote consciously for number 6: “The people of Cuanza-Norte are believers and believe in God. .

According to the politician, Angola has enough resources for the population to have a dignified life and for everyone to enjoy the resources.

During the speech, Quintino Moreira said that the APN government’s program includes the construction of three capitals in the country, a tourist one in Namibe province, another economic one in Luanda and the last political one in Central Angola. After the city of Dondo, the candidate for President of the Republic travels to the northernmost province of Angola, Cabinda.
