Speaking to the Press, regarding the second edition of the Real Estate Forum, held from the 21st to the 22nd of this month, in Luanda, the vice-president of the Angola-China Chamber of Commerce stressed that the project will include commercial, sports and leisure areas. .
The work, to be developed in an area of more than 14 hectares, in the vicinity of the Centralidade do Kilamba, municipality of Belas, will have external infrastructures (street, drainage, electricity and water canalization) and social infrastructures (schools and health).
For the businesswoman, the houses will be built in stages, with the construction of 80 houses in the first phase, over a period of eight months. The source added that some customers have already guaranteed payment for more than 30 houses, in the space that corresponds to “Orlando Residencial”.
According to Linda Liu, the company plans to replicate the same project in six other residential condominiums in Luanda in the near future. As for the cost of real estate, the official said that the price should vary between 85 to 100 million kwanzas.
Asked about the subsidized housing loan, decreed by the National Bank of Angola (BNA), Linda Liu considered it a valuable and assertive measure by the central bank, for reinforcing the incentive and revolution of the real estate market in Angola.
He assured that his company has already started to negotiate with some commercial banks, to find the best loan access solutions available. “We will analyze the best possible ways to facilitate access to credit and create specific packages for customers who want to buy our homes”, she reinforced.
The H&S business group has been operating in Angola for 16 years, investing in various areas, with emphasis on the real estate sector. Of the housing projects already invested, the highlight is the condominiums “Jardim de Rosas”, “Austin Residencial” and “Vila Kuditemo”, in Luanda.
