Africa-Press – Angola. The dynamization and strengthening of bilateral and multilateral relations between Angola and Algeria dominated the Political Consultation meeting at the level of Secretaries of State between the Governments of the two countries, in Luanda this Wednesday. The meeting was chaired by the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Esmeralda Mendonça, and the Secretary of State for African Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria, Selma Mansouri.
In a press release sent to JA Online, the MIREX stated that at the meeting the delegations reviewed the current state of bilateral cooperation between Angola and Algeria and assessed the prospects for strengthening political, diplomatic and economic relations, with a focus on the areas of Energy, Agriculture, Tourism, Industry, Air Transport and Staff Training.
Esmeralda Mendonça presented a comprehensive overview of the country’s political and economic development, highlighting the main strategic axes that support the governance program of the President of the Republic, João Lourenço.
