The secretary general of the Evangelical Alliance of Angola (AEA), Reverend António Mussaqui, appealed, this Tuesday (12), to the political parties competing in the next elections, to adopt an ethical, orderly and disciplined posture, which contributes to the maintenance and preservation of peace and national reconciliation.

António Mussaqui appealed to leave the audience with the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, in Cidade Alta, and added that the meeting served to, among other things, encourage the Head of State to continue with actions aimed at the development of the country. . “We leave some advice to the President, so that his governmental action continues to be positive”, he said.

António Mussaqui also addressed the issue related to the customs fee applied to the import of Bibles, described as very high, which increases the price of the book. “We also discussed the need for the recognition of higher education in Theology in the country, as with other areas of knowledge”, he stressed. Who also defended an exemplary stance by political parties in the next general elections was the president of the Council of Revival Churches in Angola (CIRA), Nzuzi António, received in audience by the President of the Republic in the afternoon.
