Africa-Press – Angola. The Secretary of State for International Cooperation and Angolan Communities, Domingos Vieira Lopes, discussed this Monday, in Luanda, with the Executive Secretary of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Elias Mpedi Magosi, the organization’s functioning.
At the working meeting, the two individuals also discussed the different legal instruments already signed between the Member States of this regional organization.
