Saudi Arabian businesspeople informed about Angola's potential

Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas Diamantino Azevedo, received, this Monday, in Luanda, the president of the multinational group Astra Mining (Arab Supplay and Trading Company), Ali Musa al-Jabrah.

Upon leaving the meeting, the businessman and head of the delegation informed the press that the purpose of the meeting was to find out about the facilities, incentives and points of attraction for foreign investors in Angola.

Ali Musa al-Jabrah also said that he was informed about the many resources such as oil, diamond, gold, copper, zinc, water, among others, as well as the availability of available youth labor.

“For us as investors, we would like to know from the government what kind of support we can get when we come to Angola”, concluded the businessman.

The business group is in the country as part of a business visit focused on the interests of the economy and the Executive’s efforts to attract foreign direct investment.

The Angolan ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Frederido Cardoso, attended the meeting.
