Africa-Press – Angola. The Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) in Uíge arrested six national citizens, aged between 37 and 50, accused of the crimes of illicit gold exploitation and trafficking.
Speaking this Saturday, the SIC spokesperson in Uíge, Zacarias Fernando, said that the alleged criminals, detained in the Paco e Benge neighborhood, on the outskirts of the city of Uíge, were caught selling gold at public auction.
Faced with this fact, he continued, SIC agents took action to arrest the alleged criminals, as well as seizing 500 grams of the miner.
