Africa-Press – Angola. The Angolan Journalists’ Trade Union (SJA) declared a strike in public media outlets on Tuesday (02), starting on the 8th of the current month.
The strike will have four phases: from Sept 8th to 12th, Oct 9th to 19th, Nov 10th to 24th, and Dec 10th to 24th.
The strike affects employees of the Angola Press Agency (ANGOP), Edições Novembro-EP Printing Press, Angolan Public Television (TPA), and the National Radio of Angola (RNA), as well as the Media Nova Group and Zimbo TV.
