Skating Federation reschedules General Assembly

Africa-Press – Angola. The Angolan Skating Federation (FAP) rescheduled, for 28 May, the discussion for the approval of the best proposal for the insignia, emblems, logos and symbols of the institution.

The deliberation resulted from the extraordinary General Assembly, held at the Integrated Center for Technological Training (CINFOTEC), in the Rangel Urban District, in Luanda, in the presence of the associates and some members of the FAP and the General Assembly Board.

During the General Assembly, the members recommended some changes in the proposals for the institution’s new insignia, emblems, logos and symbols, with emphasis on colors.

Affiliates approved the 2021 activities and accounts report, with 13 votes in favour, two abstentions and none against. The FAP activity plan and budget were approved, with 14 votes in favour. The act was guided by the secretary of the Board of the General Assembly, Samuel Manzambi, due to the absence of its president, Lubanzadio Fernando, and the vice-president, Áurea Paim, who were unavailable.

The president of the Provincial Skating Association of Luanda (APPL), Patrícia Costa, representatives of the affiliates of Benguela, Cuanza-Sul, Malanje (online) and Namibe and those present on 1st August, Sacred Heart of Jesus, Army, Hockey 2000, Porto do Lobito Staff House (CPPL), Benfica de Moçâmedes, Atlético do Namibe, Académica de Luanda, Navy and Namibe Railway. The secretary general of the Army Sports Club (CDE), Analdino Gregório, was the secretary of the federation’s main meeting.
