Africa-Press – Angola. The head of the Inspection Department of the Migration and Foreigners Service (SME) in Cuanza Norte, Joaquim Sebastião, urged this Wednesday, in Ndalatando, the staff of the institution to fulfill their duty, observing established military norms and criteria.

Speaking at a lecture on the theme “Disciplinary measures and their consequences (Disciplinary Regulations of the SME)”, the official appealed to the staff to redouble their efforts at work, maintaining responsibility and discipline in the fulfillment of duties.

During his speech, he referred to the obligations and responsibilities of the members of that body assigned to the Ministry of the Interior (MININT), within the framework of military institutions.

Joaquim Sebastião underlined that, for the full fulfillment of the missions assigned to them, the staff of the SME must focus their action on observing the legal principles, which guarantee discipline and fulfillment of the professional duties established in the Regulation and in other Laws.

The lecture, part of the program of commemorative activities for the 47th anniversary of the SME, to be celebrated on 19 April, aimed to make staff aware of their duties and encourage respect for hierarchical principles.

Distinguished members of the Consultative Council of the Provincial Delegation of MININT and staff of the SME witnessed the event.
