Africa-Press – Angola. The oil company Sonangol announced, this Saturday, the issuance of bonds, in the amount, in kwanzas, equivalent to 150,000,000 USD (one hundred and fifty million US dollars), “on a date to be announced in due course”.
According to a statement made available to JA Online today, among the various ways of financing its activities, Sonangol considered this way that allows investors to periodically receive interest on this bond debt instrument, as well as the amount invested.
“This financing model will leverage operations and investments based on a company with more than 46 years of experience in the oil sector, whose vision is to become a reference company on the African continent, always committed to the country’s sustainability and development. ”, emphasizes the state oil company.
