Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Education, Luísa Grilo, assured, Wednesday (6), in Benguela, that the Executive is committed to improving inclusive education, to raise the quality of education in this field.

Speaking at the opening of the 3rd conference on good practices in inclusive education, the minister added that this process is one of the priorities of the Education Sector, which is why technical meetings are taking place, with staff and partners, in order to collect contributions, that can enrich its materialization.

According to Luísa Grilo, the choice of the province of Benguela, for the holding of the conference, is due to the province presenting indicators and advanced steps aimed at the materialization of the educational system, especially in the domain of good practices of inclusive education, with all the essential components. to achieve excellence.

“In view of this significant framework, during the event, professionals in the sector can exchange experiences on the matter, in order to achieve the desired objectives, including strengthening the process of dynamizing inclusive education, based on respect for the different forms and learning rhythms and ensuring the participation of all, as well as knowing how to understand the specificities of each student, in the 18 provinces of the country”, he said.

The 3rd conference on good practices in inclusive education is attended by more than 120 professionals from the Education Sector, including municipal directors, department heads, heads of private education institutions and partner organizations in the sector, in the province of Benguela.

Visits are planned for today to the 5 de Outubro school, in the municipality of Catumbela, to the School Complexes BG: 1109 and BG: 1348 Luís Gomes Sambo, as well as to the Nova-Educa company, located in the industrial area of ​​the city of Benguela, and to the Caminho -de-Ferro de Benguela (CFB).
