Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of State and Head of the Security House of the President of the Republic, Francisco Pereira Furtado, conferred Monday, in Luanda, the inauguration of the secretary for Interior and National Police affairs of the Military House of the President of the Republic.
This is Commissioner Caetano Manuel da Conceição Quiari, replacing Lisboa Mário, who, under the National Police Careers Law, was recently retired.
At the same ceremony, the minister promoted the assistant of the Minister of State’s office and head of the Military House, Alda Albertina Lutucuta, to the police position of chief superintendent.
According to Francisco Furtado, Commissioner Caetano Manuel da Conceição Quiari is an officer already known, particularly by the head of the Military House, with whom he has been working since the process of the Multisectoral Commission for the Prevention and Combat of COVID-19, as well as in supporting preparation for the 2024 CENSUS.
Francisco Furtado wished for an effective and much faster framework for the bodies of the Military House and for them to carry out the functions for which they were appointed with zeal and dedication.
