According to a press release from the promoters sent this Monday the “Ecopontos Benguela” project reinforces the environmental sustainability actions that Coca-Cola and Refriango have developed in the country in recent years.
The document states that the installation of two solid waste collection units in each city, with differentiated containers for depositing metal, paper, plastic and glass, in a first phase, aims to influence 50 thousand inhabitants of Benguela and Lobito on the importance of dispose of solid waste appropriately.
This initiative also reinforces the commitment that Angola has made towards the issue of environmental preservation and sustainable development, aiming to build a cleaner and healthier future for everyone.
