UEFA: Burussia beats PSG and guarantees final at Wembley

Africa-Press – Angola. Germany’s Borussia Dortmund is the first team to guarantee its presence in the final of the UEFA Champions Clubs League, scheduled for 8pm on June 1st, at the mythical Wembley Stadium, in London (England).

On Tuesday night, the “Auri-negros” went to the French capital (Paris) to defeat PSG by the minimum margin of one ball to zero, in the second leg of the semi-final, played at the Park dos Princes stadium.

Mats Hummels scored in the 50th minute the only goal of the match for the German team, who had already won in the first leg at their home ground, at the Signal Iduna Park stadium, by the same score of a goal to zero, with a goal scored by Niclas Füllkrug.

PSG’s sadness became the joy of Borussia Dortmund, who returned to a UEFA Champions League final, 11 years after losing in 2012/2013, to eternal rivals Bayern Munich.

Borussia Dortmund, which reaches the final for the third time in its history, awaits its opponent in the other semi-final scheduled for this Wednesday, at 8pm, at the mythical Santiago Bernabeu stadium, between Real Madrid of Spain and Bayern of Munich of Germany.

The first leg resulted in a 2-2 draw at the Allianz Arena stadium.
