Africa-Press – Angola. UNITA President Adalberto Costa Júnior appealed this Sunday in Huambo to JURA members to include social media in the process of mobilizing new members.
Speaking at the national conference of JURA, the political party organization’s youth wing, the member recommended taking advantage of every opportunity offered by new technologies for personal development and party strengthening.
He called for the responsible use of social media, with a view to enabling more inclusive governance, activating good practices and defending youth rights.
He said that young people must use new technologies correctly, responsibly, truthfully, and ethically, to promote social well-being.
He also urged young people to fight against indifference, corruption, and conformity and to have the courage to denounce social injustices.
