Africa-Press – Angola. The choir “A Voz dos Magos” from the United Methodist Church of Kitongola will release this Thursday in Caxito city, Bengo Province, the CD entitled “O Vaso Escolhido (The Chosen Vessel).
The CD/album will be the choir’s first released work. It contains 11 musical tracks, eight of which are original compositions by the choir’s Technical Directorate, in a project that lasted two years and five months.
It features hymns sung in languages such as Portuguese, Kimbundu, Kikongo, and Lingala, in addition to other musical styles such as Zouk, Pop Rock and Kilapanga.
The CD was entirely recorded at Luanda Record Studios in the Angolan capital and produced by Chacale Music.
