Africa-Press – Angola. One hundred and 88 students from different Higher Education institutions in the province of Moxico completed, this Friday, at Luena, a program of free professional courses, promoted by the National Institute of Employment and Professional Training (INEFOP).
The aforementioned program, which offered specialty courses related to IT, decoration, carpentry, electricity, cooking, pastry, English, is part of a vacation plan established by INEFOP, in partnership with the Association of students at private universities in Angola (AEUPA) .
The director of the Human Resources office of the Provincial Government of Moxico, José Braz Luís, who presided over the closing ceremony of the training cycle, said that the training is part of the governance strategy, aiming to promote self-employment and equip young people with necessary tools, in order to face the job market.
For the provincial coordinator of AEUPA in Moxico, Alberto Samuel, professional courses awaken and empower young people, with technical knowledge that allows them to assert themselves in society.
The 2023 training cycle takes place under the motto “Professional training as a factor of social inclusion”.
