Peter Kapala, who heads a delegation from his country, was received at the “4 de Fevereiro” International Airport by the Secretary of State for Oil and Gas, José Barroso, on behalf of the Minister of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas, Diamantino Azevedo.
According to the programme, on Thursday, the delegations of the two countries participate in the inauguration of the Gasoline Production Complex at the Luanda Refinery, in addition to a working meeting with minister Diamantino Azevedo.
Travel to Benguela
The program also includes a trip to the province of Benguela, where the Zambian minister Peter Kapala see “in loco”, the economic potential of that region of the country, mainly linked to the construction of the new Lobito refinery, merchant marine and port services. .
