Building on the momentum of recent healthcare sector gatherings, including the Family Medicine and Primary Healthcare Conference at Sir Ketumile Masire Teaching Hospital and the Botswana Dental Association Congress in Kasane, Bomaid is reaffirming its commitment to strengthening partnerships with healthcare providers across disciplines.

The Fund has been a proud sponsor of these events, as well as the 2nd Botswana Dietetic Association Symposium held under the theme Transforming Health Through Nutrition: Integrating Science, Wellness, and Disease Prevention amongst others. Bomaid continues to engage healthcare professionals in meaningful dialogue aimed at advancing quality care for its customers and members. From Tuesday, 9 September 2025, the Fund will commence a structured series of engagements with providers, building on outcomes from the landmark Provider Pitso and the 54th Annual General Meeting. These sessions reaffirm Bomaid’s commitment to open dialogue, collaboration, and advancing healthcare delivery for its members. Schedule of Engagements Date Speciality Tuesday 09th September CPN (Connected Provider Network) and GPs Wednesday 10th September Pathology, Radiology, Optometry, Dental Practitioners. Tuesday 16th September Allied Health (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Psychology, Podiatry, Speech Therapy, Audiology, Nursing Cadres, Prosthetists and Orthotists) Thursday 18th September Medical and Surgical Specialists Friday 19th September Major Hospitals CEOs engagement (Held at Bomaid), based on CEO’s availability (SPH, GPH, SKMTH, BPH)

These engagements are designed to: • Foster relationships and strategic partnerships. •Follow up from the Provider Pitso, sharing achievements and progress based on feedback. • Gather technical and clinical insights on Bomaid’s performance and outcomes. • Recommit to partnerships that directly benefit customers and members. • Share updates relevant to the provider community.
