Africa-Press – Botswana. The Botswana Football League (BFL) has written to the Botswana Football Association (BFA) to second one of its employees to fill in for departed CEO, Solomon Ramochotlhwane.

Ramochotlhwane resigned this week, amid reports the BFL board had asked him to leave his post. It has emerged the BFL wants one of the BFA employees to take temporary charge of affairs at the league body.

BFA general manager-football operations, Monnakgotla Mojaki and Head of Competitions and Operations, Olebile Sikwane are the possible candidates. The BFA National Executive Committee is expected to meet this evening to deliberate on BFL’s request. The BFL has said it will issue a press statement on the way forward following Ramochotlhwane’s resignation.
