Africa-Press – Botswana. DeBeers Group has handed over a donation of furniture and office equipment to Botswana Police Services (BPS) in Gaborone on December 18.
The donation worth P70 000 is part of the strategic partnerships that BPS has formed with DeBeers towards effective policing.
Deputy police commissioner, Mr Solomon Mantswe said the donation was both relevant and timely, especially considering the prevailing resource challenges confronting Government against increasing demands for quality service.
