Africa-Press – Botswana. The biggest leader of the ATP ranking in number of weeks, the Serbian Novak Djokovic, currently seventh on the world list, this week dethroned the former North American number 1, Andre Agassi, and became the fourth biggest “top 10” of tennis history.
Leader in the world ranking for 373 weeks, a record in the history of the sport, Djokovic lost the position of number 1 in the world on June 13 this year, however, he continues to add records to his curriculum and this week he became the fourth greatest tennis player within the “top 10”.
Djokovic reached 748 weeks of his career on the list of the 10 best in the world. That’s a week longer than Agassi’s career record 747.
