Africa-Press – Botswana. President Dr Mokgweetsi (left) with the UN Under Secretary General and high representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States, Ms Rabab Fatima after their bilateral meeting on Tuesday.

President Masisi assured Ms Fatima that Botswana would always be at her service through its Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York.

Dr Masisi who is the chairperson of Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs), said the LLCDs had to develop an internationally binding protocol that would give them some assurance of access to the sea, in ways that were fair and affordable.
