Controversial Mamelodi businessman, Vusi Khekhe Mathibela, isn’t coping behind bars. Mathibela is to be sentenced along with his three co-accused for the 2015 murder of North-West businessman, Wandile Bozwana.
A clinical psychologist who compiled a report in mitigation of sentence for the four accused has told the North Gauteng High Court that Mathibela has presented symptoms of major depression, and requires therapeutic intervention. The four have been in solitary confinement after their murder conviction in June.
