Africa-Press – Botswana. President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi and his delegation visited Virginia Tech on Tuesday where he gave a public lecture on Merging Conservation, Democracy and Sustainable Development in Botswana.
He said although Botswana’s economy was still largely driven by the mining sector, tourism had emerged as an important sector that could be the second largest contributor of the GDP growth.
