MASISI IN UGANDA FOR SUMMITS

Africa-Press – Botswana. President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi being welcomed by Botswana High Commissioner to Uganda residing in Kenya, Mr Andrew Sesinyi and Uganda Minister of Lands Housing and Urban Development, Ms Judith Nabakooba and other government officials at Entebbe International Airport on Thursday.

President Masisi will be attending the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) summit on January 19-20 and the 3rd South Summit of the Group of 77 Plus China on January 21-22.

The 19th NAM Summit is held under the theme; Deepening Cooperation for Shared Global Affluence and is chaired by Uganda President, Mr Yoweri Museveni.

The summit will discuss global issues of collective concern and interests, as well as foster cooperation among the 120 NAM member states.

President Masisi is accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Lemogang Kwape and other government officials.
