The Minister of Child Welfare and Basic Education, Ms Nono Kgafela-Mokoka, engaged with the media during the ongoing 43rd session of the UNESCO General Conference in Samarkand, Uzbekistan. The conference marks a historic milestone as the first to be held outside France in nearly 40 years.
