Africa-Press – Botswana. President Advocate Duma Boko has administered oath of office and secrecy to the newly appointed Deputy Clerk and Assistant Clerk to Cabinet, Mr Zenene Sinombe, and Ms Keitirele Mathapi respectively.
Mr Sinombe has served as Botswana’s High Commissioner to South Africa. He has also been the Director of Africa and the Middle East in Ministry of International Relations, as well as Botswana’s Permanent Representative to the African Union before being re-deployed to the Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs as a Director of Civil Registration.
Ms Mathapi served as the Director of Broadcasting Services. In this role, she oversaw operations of the Botswana Television and the two Radio Botswana stations.
Additionally, she served as Deputy Director in the Ministry of Child Welfare and Basic Education.
