WINDHOEK-President Dr Mokgweetsi Masisi, on February 25, be among 20 Heads of State who will converge at Heros’ Acre in Windhoek for the funeral of the late President of Namibia, Dr Hage Geingob. President Masisi is also expected to attend the memorial service on Saturday. Dr Geingob died on February 4.
