Africa-Press – Botswana. Acting President Slumber Tsogwane last Friday visited the family of former MP for Takatokwane, Mr Ngaka Ngaka following the death of his 92-year-old mother, Mosaditlou.
Speaking at the family’s Sesung home, Mr Tsogwane said he found it fitting to offer condolences in person because of the positive contribution Mr Ngaka had made in the political sphere.
“Despite being unpleasant and heavy-hearted occurrence, death is a rite of passage that is intended for everyone. We have no control over God’s plan, but we can all take comfort in that knowledge. We can also thank God that she lived a long life and was able to witness her children and grandchildren grow,” he said.
Ms Ngaka died March 18 after a short illness and was laid to rest on Saturday.
