Africa-Press – Botswana. Vice President Mr. Ndaba Gaolathe has highlighted Botswana’s bold transformation agenda. Mr. Ndaba was officiating at the IFC Day at Hotel 430 this morning.
Mr Ndaba, emphasized that growth must be inclusive, measured not just by numbers, but by the dignity and quality of jobs created. The VP outlined the vision of a high-income, export-driven, digitally enabled Botswana, underpinned by nine key sectors including agriculture, tourism, energy, and education. He called for collective action and strong partnerships, with IFC as a key ally, to drive economic diversification and investment.
This event reaffirms Botswana’s commitment to sustainable, inclusive development through strategic collaboration.
