Africa-Press – Cape verde. Five ships from the navies of Spain, Italy and Portugal, moored since this Friday, 2nd, in the port of Praia, will be open to the general public for guided tours on board from today at 16:00.
The information was sent to Inforpress by the European Union in Cape Verde, noting that five ships from the navies of Spain, France, Italy and Portugal are in Cape Verde from December 2 to 10, including the patrol vessel “Relâmpago”, from Spain, the patrol vessel “Comandante Borsini”, from Italy, and the hydrographic vessel “D. Carlos I”, from Portugal, which docked in the port of Praia.
The same source informs that the ships “Tonnerre” and “Commandant Ducuing” from France are already berthed in the Port of Mindelo.
During this period, guided tours will be held on board, as well as presentations on the capacity of the ships and their mission in terms of strengthening maritime security in the Gulf of Guinea.
