Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Government, through the Ministry of Modernization of the State and Public Administration, launches today, in Assomada, the campaign to activate the digital functions of the national identification cards.
The campaign starts with the activation of the digital functions of the CNIs of the members of the Government, by technicians from the National Directorate for the Modernization of the State (DNME).
CNI- functions
The CNI, launched in 2018, replacing the Identity Card, configures an instrument with digital capabilities that allows interaction with the virtual world, offering the necessary security and confidence.
Digital functions benefit the use of Electronic Signature, Digital Authentication, access to Digital Services and Storing important Personal Information on a secure device.
The campaign, which starts this Thursday with members of the Government, will be extended, in a second moment, to all leaders, employees and agents of the Public Administration.
