In a press release, AN recalls that January 13, which is a national holiday, is the date on which, for the first time, in 1991, Cape Verdeans exercised their right to vote in the first multi-party elections, after 15 years. under one-party rule.
This Session will be attended by national Deputies, members of the Government, high national authorities, Representatives of the Diplomatic Corps and international organizations, Combatants of the Homeland’s Freedom, Representatives of Civil Society organizations, Religious Confessions.
