The District Court of São Vicente decreed preventive detention of the former president of the Labor and Solidarity Party (PTS) and former candidate for the Presidency of the Republic, Gilson Alves. It is known that two complaints are running in court for alleged aggression and “attempted murder” against the musician Djassa.
According to a judicial source, in statements to Inforpress, Gilson Alves, who was a candidate in the 2021 presidential elections, was heard in the first criminal trial of the District of São Vicente, having been held in custody.
The same did not advance the crimes for which Gilson Alves would be indicted.
However, recalls Inforpress, last March, the musician Jacinto Pereira, known in São Vicente as Djassa, filed a complaint against Gilson Alves, accusing him of having “assaulted him in the head and ribs”, near his residence. in Chã de Alecrim, São Vicente.

The musician’s wife, Vicência Monteiro, also filed a complaint against the former candidate for the Presidency of the Republic for alleged “threats against his person”.
At the time, Gilson Alves made it known that he also filed a complaint against Djassa claiming that he “suffered an assassination attempt with a saw by the musician”.
“Attempted Murder”
Earlier this month, precisely on June 2, the musician again denounced an “attempted murder” allegedly “perpetrated by Gilson Alves”, when he was on the balcony of his house, having “left marks of six shots in the residence”.
In a communiqué published today by the Attorney General’s Office, without naming any names, that authority indicates that an individual was ordered to be held in São Vicente, indicted for the commission of several crimes.
This, following an arrest, outside of flagrante delicto, in the locality of Chã de Alecrim.
At stake are facts likely to integrate, for the time being, the commission of a crime of damage, a crime of simple offense to integrity, a crime of simple homicide in the attempted form and a crime of weapons”, said the same source.
