Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Sotavento Chamber of Commerce (CCS) and the Tax Arbitration Center (CAT) signed this Monday, 3rd, a cooperation protocol to improve coordination between the two entities.
According to a press release, this protocol “translates the will to invest seriously in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its actions, deserving the relationship with taxpayers, companies and their various representatives”.
It also aims to establish a relationship of “fruitful dialogue and collaboration, based on mutual trust, transparency and good faith” to improve coordination between the two entities.
Institutional cooperation
This partnership aims to frame and formalize the institutional cooperation actions between the parties, relatively in tax matters and, more precisely, in the resolution of tax disputes between the Tax Administration and CCS associated companies.
The said agreement will be signed at a ceremony scheduled for 4 pm at the headquarters of the Sotavento Chamber of Commerce, in Achada Santo António, in the city of Praia.
