Africa-Press – Cape verde. Cape Verdean citizens, residents or in the diaspora, can from today request their criminal record ‘online’ through authentication with the citizen card or with the Digital Mobile Key on the platform ‘Autentika’ electronics.
The request and consultation of the online criminal record that can be made, according to the PCA of the Operational Nucleus of the Information Society (NOSi), Carlos Pina, through the electronic platform ‘Autentika’ or Casa do Cidadão, is the key to the operationalization of the ‘tech’ program as a digital platform and technological and innovation hub.
“Having the country with a strong and reliable digital identity automatically makes it more attractive and competitive, with an inclusive and vibrant digital economy, where citizens and companies, in the country and the diaspora, can freely access and provide services, secure and transparent”, said the Chairman of the Board of Directors (PCA) of NOSi at the launch ceremony of the Cabo Verde Mobile Digital Key (CMDCV).
For these and other reasons, he recalled in his communication that within the framework of the restructuring and strategic repositioning of NOSI, digital identification and authentication, interoperability between systems and disruptive innovation in processes, products and services were defined as strategic and priority axes.
