Citizen or Political Class

Africa-Press – Cape verde. It is extremely important that citizens participate fully in society, in the constant promotion of individuals in the most diverse sectors of national activity, as this will help build a dignified, democratic society, free from sycophants and hypocrites.

The dominant political class, that is, the government, are political employees affiliated with parties certified by the norm implemented in the republic, in the disorganized state of Cape Verde, being a concept that, among others attributed, denigrates and messes with the reputation and confuses citizens , with a greater focus on immigrants, “why do politics if you are not known”.

All natural and nationalized citizens are equal, both in demanding their rights and also in compensating the state, in a society with obligations, taxes and defense with the sacrifice of one’s own life, possibly necessary, and having a commitment to serve with competence and merit free from corruption, something both widespread and alarming and frightening, always unmasked, and unmasked, by the people, the usurping bourgeois class.

They are all subject to the right under the constitution to participate in political and public life, to follow the elections to be held in the municipalities to which each one belongs or resides, to denounce irregular cases in the administration of common property and the treasury, with the absolute certainty that everything that is proposed is being complied with with the rigor set out in the law, and that the political actors in office who violate the interests of the citizens must be declared in court about the proposal.

Democracy evolves with the participation of society for the benefit of the entire collective, banishing bourgeois party kleptocracy that limits the well-being and happiness of citizens in the exercise of political citizenship based on electing and being elected, organizing society into unions and to organize civil society to understand essential rights and guarantees, such as freedom of expression, emigration, religious belief and others regulated by territorial legal norms.

Citizens aware of the rights and duties of citizenship, of human rights, are the brake on the behavior of corrupt politicians that abound in growth to the detriment of the republic of Cape Verde. That is why everyone must register to exercise their duty to vote due to a society in which every citizen is a natural political being.

Politics is an instrument that values the quality of citizenship, an indispensable link for conversation and negotiation to resolve pending interests to be considered, equated and, with setbacks, always obey the principle of common interest for good understanding between all.

There is always a relationship between citizenship and public policies, and when described to the citizen, he becomes an integral component in the political community with the status to request rights from the state, which is a fundamental right, but also to actively exercise public service. , a right expressed in the constitution.

That the exercise of citizenship and public policies with distinction is the sole responsibility and responsibility of citizens residing, or not, in the republic on equality and with opportunity.

It is extremely important that citizens participate fully in society, in the constant promotion of individuals in the most diverse sectors of national activity, as this will help build a dignified, democratic society, free from sycophants and hypocrites.

Citizenship as a consecrated function of rights and duties, makes citizens satisfied with the security and protection of their civil and political rights by the rule of law, a unique quality of every citizen.

Politics as a normative science with morality for the exercise of political power is a constitutional instrument of civil government in internal and external relations, denouncing bribed people and falsifiers of notarial deeds referring to private property to the legitimate heirs of land, and the burning of files verified in late years on Boa Vista Island. This is a set of irregularities that, throughout the archipelago, are carried out by notable and unattainable politicians who are insubordinate to the laws.

Political rights in Cape Verde begin with universal free voting, in which each citizen has the right to one vote, such as voting in a referendum, the right to popular initiative (strike), the right to organize and form political parties in civil society , with organized groups running for local power and the presidency of the republic, without discriminatory exclusion from civic participation of diasporic citizenship.

The inviolable rights of citizenship, such as the right to life, freedom, equality, security, and private property, as well as other rights that the Magna Carta reserves for Cape Verdean citizens to be fulfilled, but which demands the souls who wait for justice that is delayed, “sine die”, which due to intense corruption in the ruling class and relaxed political power, a palatial bourgeoisie, which does not change or leave contention but marches in favor of a new governing conviction, decentralized centralized presidentialism.

In everyday life in Cape Verde there is a whisper of an interest in reforming, in improving the human condition, with the spirit of dignifying and directing towards increased pay, but this is followed by disguised perks and citizens are fed false expectations, such as civil servants, lower echelon, teachers, retirees, pensioners and all low-wage people who seek better sustainable income.

This stationary methodology shows the regime and the political disorientation in which the government navigates in guiding the destiny of the country, its citizens and the rule of law. It is clear that polluting politicians, professionals in the Cape Verdean universe, are incapable of cognitive brilliance for the complexity of the evolutionary process that the nation requires of quality, I repeat, of quality around the world, replaced by those endowed with meritocracy participatory, competitive and distributive results in terms of the demands of public policy administration activities, a proportional opposite condition for the democratization of the institution and the ruler.

Democracy and citizenship are abusively inappropriate buzzwords used to create doubts and misunderstandings around the essence of democracy as an effective process and governing citizenship in simultaneous combat against the hierarchical political class, thus bringing about the end of professional politicians .

Democracy, in all its dimensions, is undoubtedly a political system that gives citizens organized as a nation, human beings characterized by the principle of autonomy, and capable of making their own laws, to be exercised by (co)governors. After all, who governs who? It is the people who dispense and become (self)governed, in certain cases, by cheats and tyrants.

Democracy is a continuous path of citizenship and universalist conviction in a given period in which the citizen reaches the emancipation of voting and being voted, to fulfill the civic duty prescribed in organic law within the territorial limit, with responsibility and culpability for compliance throughout the fullness of the exercise of political power that governs everyone.

A citizen, in the Aristotelian spirit, is considered to be someone who governs and allows himself to be governed, this being a universal socializing and socializing gift in an equal condition of temporal citizenship.

Democratic citizenship is professional political officials, a specialized political class that tends to be extinct and replaced and that does not exclude but admits a class of specialized politicians in diverse areas of competence without professionalism, transforming it into an integral and social organization in which no one can participate. feel more empowered, to do what others do as irreplaceable to eternalize in power.

A supportive ruler exerts pressure on the government to consider the uses and customs, and above all the tensions, of making things happen in a public space of absolute decision and criticism, of autonomous reflection, and who vehemently condemns as undemocratic the emergence and formation of a class professional policy, favoring in a scientific way a new concept of ideas, the scientific or doctrinal idea being an interdependence of legitimation and hierarchical division of political power.

Prophesying Hannah Arendt in all her reflective philosophical clairvoyance, of not professionalizing politics, of not mixing or confusing it with specialization, a contradictory and incorrect position that was adopted in the politics of the state of Cape Verde.

In pluralistic democracy, divisions of political tasks cease to exist in terms of confirmation to achieve the separation of work between opposing citizens, rulers and ruled, in a double egalitarian sequence that legitimizes them in the definition and observance of universally binding laws.

It must be admitted that a political class endowed with the knowledge and merit of a professional public certificate can, or could, make the administration of public affairs more effective. However, it is certain that the institution would not become more or less democratic.

Due to its effectiveness, political power reaches its peak by reinforcing the division of the governing hierarchy, by distancing citizenship and the vocational and dimensional tendency that leverages domination. Although democracy admits, without any rejection, of direct mandate, the ideology of competences and professionalism of public merit is an excellent anti-democratic cultural bath.

In the modern world, the political ruling class is where the trend points to a decline in political power at the mercy of dominating agents in the economy, by those demanding skills in methodology, technology and management rationality. This is more than enough reason for the democratization of political power, simultaneously with the realization of public space, to lead to this space for reflection becoming the decision-making center of governing citizenship, which does not require the extinction of professional policies to be designed by specialized agents , as well as passive restitution, deliberation and periodic democratic decision to reach the economic level. The economic and essentially political organization must be articulated at both poles, in classical thinking, the “political economy.”

The political actors who deal with politics in its entirety are robots remotely controlled by objectivity and rationality, where the economic necessity that changes direction assumes centralized and effective political power, and the political class finds itself in the lowest condition categorized at the direction of personnel on the management social ladder.

In the course of thought by scheme it is concluded that real democratic politics can be done better, developed better and built better, as an autonomous and independent activity of the citizen, a force that challenges and stipulates autonomy in elevating the cities of men and laws, with an increasingly expanded and deepened construction beyond the script of making the mere political class within the dominant oligarchy subordinate itself, a true Cape Verdean case.

Finally, it is concluded that the decisive struggle to achieve full democratic governing citizenship is necessary to combat the oligarchic professionalization of politics and, consequently, the restitution of politics to citizens in a dignified and absolutely correct and decent way.

Through plural citizenship, it is only through the condition of citizenship exercised and exercised by the citizen that it will be possible to reverse the wrong trajectory of fraud and professional politics, and move towards the right orbit that leads everyone to destiny, eternal glory.
