Africa-Press – Cape verde. On May 10, the University of Cape Verde will host another edition of “Encantar Cabo Verde”, an initiative that aims to promote dialogue, innovation and active citizenship.
In an interview with Inforpress, promoter Luzito Veiga said that “Encantar Cabo Verde” is a platform for sharing ideas and meetings between service professionals, with the aim of recognizing and valuing professionals.
This year, according to Luzito Veiga, in addition to ten speakers, there will be the CAC Amiga do Cliente award, a space for recognizing professionals who are doing a “good job”, worth 150 thousand reais, destined to the best attendant.
In addition to lectures by experts from various areas, the event will feature “Expo Encantar”, a fair that will bring together companies from all sectors to showcase their quality services. The only requirement for participating in the exhibition is that companies bring their best.
“We want to showcase the best of Cape Verde. We hope to bring together 25 companies this year and offer three side conferences with free access for the public,” explained the promoter.
The initiative is not only a celebration of service, but also a means of fostering a change in mindset and attitude among professionals and the community in general.
“The impact we hope for is that ‘Encantar Cabo Verde’ will help create a culture of more energy, dynamism and a desire to do good in customer service. We want customer service professionals to feel more valued and for the population to begin to realize the importance of each role in society,” highlighted the promoter.
Among this year’s speakers, the organization will feature guests from various areas, with the aim of bringing different perspectives on customer service and relationships.
There will be nine speakers in the three side conferences, who will present innovative ideas for the sector, divided into three panels. Speakers will include Luzito Veiga, João Pereira-Tikay, Nardi Sousa, Mayra Silva, Reverend David Araujo, Sónia Fortes, winner of the CAC 2024 award, Jorge Carlos Fonseca, Marli Fernandes, Garry and the innovation guest, Alectro Timas.
The same source also said that innovation will be one of the highlights of this year’s edition, with the presence of guest Nha Bex, a company that has revolutionized customer service in Cape Verde.
Nha Bex has introduced a queue management system, allowing citizens to collect tickets for various services without leaving home. The company will be represented by Alectro Timas, a dynamic young man who will present the innovations at the event.
“We are very happy to have Nha Bex with us. They are revolutionizing customer service in the country, and it is important that people see how innovation can improve our daily lives,” said Luzito Veiga.
